Please review the information below before submitting a Cancellation, Refund, or Schedule Change Request.

Due to the structure of the School Year Program, all cancellation, refund, and schedule change requests must be submitted at least 30 calendar days before the requested cancellation or schedule change date.

Please note:

• All requests are subject to review, program availability, and applicable program policies. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
• Schedule changes will remove your child from their current enrollment option. A space in the original schedule is not guaranteed if you choose to return to it in the future.
• If your requested schedule is full, your child will be placed on a waitlist until a space becomes available.
• Schedule changes are only for adjusting your child’s current attendance schedule and cannot be used as a substitute for cancellation or refund requests.
• If you wish to cancel your child’s enrollment or request a refund, you must submit the Cancellation & Refund Request Form.
• Cancellation and refund requests will be reviewed according to the program’s Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Families will be notified by email once the request has been reviewed. Please allow 3–6 business days for processing.
