Natalie Goddard – Director of Mental Health Services
Natalie received her Master’s in clinical psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and is moving toward MFT licensure. Through her education, she has learned a multitude of methodologies. Her style of counseling is more holistic and integrative in nature. She has a directive approach and often works from a mindfulness-based framework. Her intention when working together is to hold space as a collaborator and guide toward self-awareness and healing. Her work focuses on cultivating creativity and evidence-based practices that will help decrease stress, address trauma, and foster a better sense of self and community. Natalie is a Sonoma native. She is a community-minded person who loves to work with people in a supportive capacity. As a Sonoma local, she is excited to give back to the community that helped shape and inspire her path to the healing arts. She has a genuine passion for working with youth, ensuring they have all the tools they need to succeed.
