T-Ball

Our T-ball program is a fun and engaging recreational league open to all youth aged 3 ½ to 5 ½ years old. Our T-ball league introduces young players to the fundamentals of baseball in a supportive environment through a series of practices and games. Participants learn essential skills such as batting, fielding, and base-running in a non-competitive environment focused on fostering teamwork, good sportsmanship, and healthy recreational habits.

All refund requests are subject to review and approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 3–6 business days.
A $25 non-refundable administrative fee applies to all cancellation requests, regardless of when the request is submitted.
Cancellations submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to the program start date are eligible for a refund minus the $25 administrative fee.
Cancellations submitted less than two (2) weeks before the program start date, or after the program has begun, are not eligible for a refund.
Please note: Submitting a Refund Request Form does not guarantee a refund, as all requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma Valley believes that no child should be denied participation due to financial reasons. The Club offers scholarships and payment plans to individuals and families whose financial circumstances would prevent their children from participating in our programs.

Yes. Parking passes will be distributed on the first day of practice. Parking passes will need to be displayed on your dash. Failure to do so may result in a ticket.

Parking is available at Maxwell Farms Regional Park. Parking passes will need to be displayed on your dash. Failure to do so may result in a ticket. Parking passes will be distributed on the first day of practice.

There are a total of 3 innings played per game.

HITTING
● Each inning all players will bat.
● A helmet is required to be worn at all times when hitting/base-running
● After hitting, each batter will progress one base per hitter.
● The last hitter in each half inning will clear the bases running to first, second, third base, and home.
● We do not keep score, instead we focus on fun, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
● All players will hit off a Tee until a ball is in play
● There are NO walks or strikeouts
● NO stealing bases
● NO leading off

Fielding
● All players are required to have a glove when playing a game.
● There are 9 players/positions on a field at once.
● Left field, center field, right field, third base, shortstop, second base, first base, pitcher, and catcher.
● To ensure the safety of our players, the player designated as the catcher will stand by the pitcher next to the pitcher’s mound. We do not want them playing behind the other team’s hitters.
