The 2021 Sweetheart Gala will be VIRTUAL!

In response to the COVID-19 crisis, we will be moving our Sweetheart Gala & Auction from the gymnasium at Maxwell Farms Clubhouse to a live event you can stream from the comfort of home. While we won’t be able to come together for this great Sonoma Valley tradition, we will still put on a great show and will bring Sweetheart to you so that while apart, we can join together to raise money for the future of Sonoma Valley, its youth. We will still offer a great selection of exclusive and award-winning wines, as well as one-of-a-kind experiences in our online auction.

To make sure you don’t miss any exciting updates, please sign up for our BGCSV Events email list at the bottom of this page and join us on Facebook to stay connected!

A Great Evening for a Great Cause

Founded in 1962, Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma Valley (BGCSV) has a mission to provide positive opportunities for youth and teens to learn, succeed and discover their full potential. Pre-COVID, BGCSV served approximately 60% of the total student enrollment in the Sonoma Valley Unified School District with afterschool academic and enrichment programs, athletic leagues, and summer camps. Since the onset of the pandemic our programming has shifted dramatically with the shared goals of safety and providing equity in distance learning support. We soon expect to be serving 200 Sonoma Valley students a day to ensure they have the technology and academic support they need to achieve success even during these unprecedented times.

Top Rated Event in the Valley

The Sweetheart Gala & Auction is one of the most popular events in Sonoma Valley. It brings together over 300 generous and caring guests from the North Bay and beyond. This fundraiser generates 15% of our annual budget, with the proceeds going to support essential programs that change the lives of teens and children throughout Sonoma Valley.
